As Vincent Lecamus eloquently put it “PropTech is one small part of a wider digital transformation in the property industry. It considers both the technological and mentality change of the real estate industry, and its consumers to our attitudes, movements and transactions involving both buildings and cities.”
In 2018 the Startup Europe Awards (SEA) added a new PropTech category to the competition. To help promote it and to secure applicants, a logo and matching website were needed.
The logo had to fit within the iconography of the SEA while still feeling modern and true to the PropTech scope, blending infrastructure with connectivity.
The website had to be visually strong, mobile compatible and powered by a WordPress backoffice through which administrators could publish news and other content autonomously.
