HealthyLivestock in an international (Europe and China) research programme that aims to study the contributions of enhanced animal health and welfare on reducing the need to use antimicrobials in pigs and poultry.
Having worked on FVE’s website, HealthyLivestock approached us to create their brand and to design and develop a website capable of communicating the main goals of the project.
One of the guiding axis of the project was the joint stewardship of the European and Chinese teams. A twin Chinese website was developed by a Chinese partner and so the logo had to adapt to both western and eastern contexts.
Visually, our idea was to keep things on a positive note (this was, after all, a website about animal welfare). Bright colours, elegant photography and a generous amount of white was the final recipe.
